The heise online app provides fast and clear access to news from the IT and technology sector, background reports, forum discussions, and videos from heise online and heise+, our digital subscription for IT and technology.

The latest news from the heise newsticker, heise+, the magazine websites of c’t, iX, Technology Review, Mac & i, Make, Telepolis, as well as topics like security, photography, development, and automobiles can be easily accessed through the customizable sidebar menu via drag-and-drop.

Within a stream, users can edit sections, choose their preferred reading view (compact/detailed), and search for articles. Save relevant news to your bookmarks or mark topics for quick access to content in those specific areas.

For those interested, the app offers our heise bot alias "Botti". This bot sends selected news to you as push notifications in the morning and evening. A different take on news summaries, refreshingly casual and sprinkled with anecdotes from a bot's life.

Additional services such as price comparison, TechStage, tips & tricks, shop, events, heise magazines, or a job board are also available.

A few additional tips and reminders:

• You can adjust your preferred font size individually in the app settings.
• Anonymous transmission of usage data is enabled upon app installation. You can opt out of this in the app settings. For more information, refer to our privacy policy at heise.de/-4860.
